Rossidi Mavrud 2022
With this Mavrud, Rossidi proves once again that they belong to the absolute top of Bulgarian winemaking. Where this grape can sometimes lead to somewhat rough, angular wines in less talented hands, Rossidi knows how to achieve a particularly refined expression with it. It remains a powerful wine, of course, but completely balanced, with a fine tannin structure. The fruit is rather on the dark side, supplemented with smoky, spicy and dried fruit aromas.
