Sinefinis Rebolium brut 2018
Sinefinis Rebolium is a joint project between two winemakers. Matjaz Certric produces wines in Goriska Brda, Slovenia. Robert Princic does the same on the other side of the border in Collio, Italy. Both are growers of the iconic Ribolla grape, native to the region.
Grapes from both vineyards are used for this wine. This wine does not fall under an AOP appellation. But that does not detract from the quality. For us one of the most beautiful sparkling wines we have tasted in recent times. Subtle, fresh, elegant and persistent. Better than any champagne you would buy for this price. Must Try!
