Borovitza Top of the Hill 2023
Top of the Hill is made from the highest part of the Borovitza vineyards. The higher altitude gives this a slightly tighter style than the other cuvees. The original blend with both traditional Bulgarian grapes and some classic French grapes gives it an original style.
