This ribolla shows that this grape is truly an all-rounder. Where most winemakers opt for full, sultry styles, Matjaz shows that you can also work with this grape in a particularly refined way. Minerality and freshness are truly the keywords here. In terms of flavors, we find ourselves in the softer citrus notes and fresh apple atmospheres. Refreshing!
