Borovitza Orange Garden 2022
In 2008, Borovitza planted a specific clone of Chardonnay. The juice, and ultimately the wine, from the vineyard planted with this clone always had a particularly dark, almost orange color. So it is an orange wine, but without using long macerations. This gives you a particularly fine, elegant orange wine; because fewer tannins and phenols are extracted than with a standard orange wine.
Natural wine.
