Kirrenbourg Pinot Noir Roche Granitique 2022
The new pearl of Alsace: domaine Kirrenbourg. The ambitious team led by winemaker Samuel Tottoli has been working hard in recent years to make wines that can compete with the absolute top of Alsace, and often even surpass them. The vineyards are rigorously biodynamic. In terms of winemaking, spontaneous fermentations and slow maturations are chosen that let the grape and the terroir speak.
Nose with cherries and red fruits, sweet herbs and black fruits. The mouth is fleshy but fine and well balanced with delicate tannins. Very long.
