What rebula is to Goriska Brda, Zelen is to Vipava. The grape originates from the valley and is found nowhere else in the world. Samo also makes one of the most beautiful examples of this grape variety.
Complex, elegant yet light-footed white wine. Citrus and spiciness in the nose. Broad in the mouth, beautifully structured and a fine final freshness.
This wine is certified biodynamic & non-interventionist vinified.
