Rubin is one of those grapes that you will only find in Bulgarian vineyards. It is a cross between nebbiolo & syrah. Edward Kourian knows how to get the best out of this grape as usual. For lovers of barbaresco & barolo.
In the nose aromas of roses, tar, dark fruit, spiciness & smokeiness. Structured wine with firm but ripe tannins. Lots of future potential.
